Description: The Beer Lover's store reached out to us for help with an insurance compliance project addressing deteriorated concrete sidewalks and ADA compliance issues. Our in-house engineer was able to obtain permits through the City of Pittsburgh and we were able to facilitate the completion of the project in under a week, including City inspections.

Description: Ken Ganley Kia awarded us the opportunity to perform a complete parking lot rejuvenation while the dealership was open. We scheduled the project around the dealership's hours of operation to ensure there was no business disruption. We started the project at 3:00 AM, and completed the final coat and painting by 8:00 PM, while the dealership coordinated relocation of vehicles to complete the project in a series of phases.

Description: Kolton was subcontracted by Max Construction to complete a side-by- side drive thru conversion. These projects take an existing single lane drive thru and reconstruct the area to allow for a double drive thru. We were responsible for demolition, concrete construction, menu board foundations, and ADA compliant parking areas.
Woodland Sidewalks - Mt Lebanon, PA

Description: Kolton was subcontracted by Escajeda Masonry to complete approximately 2,900 linear feet of new sidewalk construction for Mt. Lebanon Township. Mt. Lebanon is a walking only school district so the project was constructed to allow pathways for students and residents to safely get through the neighborhood.

Scope of Work: Site Development - Grading & Utilities
Description: Paramount Construction engaged Kolton Construction to finish the development of a partially completed site. Our scope included portions of the storm and sanitary sewer system installations, full site grading and hauling, post construction stormwater management facilities, and various other tasks to prepare the site for pavement and final restoration. GPS equipment along with 3D models of the site were used to grade with extreme accuracy.
Cooler Pad Construction

Description: Kolton has been subcontracted on several occasions to rip and replace existing cooler pads. A few locations have included Newark, OH, Clarksburg, WV, and Bridgeport, WV. These pads generally include several insulated concrete slabs and perimeter framing to allow for the cooler box connection.
